Using the Curlinator for long hair

When putting the Curlinator into the hair pull your hair back with your hands into a pony in the center of the head. If the length of the hair is half way down the back or to the waist, pull the hair through the center of the Curlinator and immediately give it one twist under to secure the hair. Then begin to slide the Curlinator down the length of the hair in an upward angle away from the head. You will need to stretch your arms out in order to get close to the ends of the hair. Begin to roll the hair under, while tightening the sides of the hair by winding the hair around the Curlinator until it comes in nice and tight on the sides. Then roll the hair all the way up and decide if you want to show or hide the fabric by crossing the ends over each other, or by tucking the ends behind the bun.

NOTE:  If the hair is longer than waist length you can pull the hair over the shoulder, put the hair through the center opening, begin to roll the hair under until you reach your shoulders and then complete the roll behind your head.

NOTE:  Another option is to pull only half of the pony (length wise) through the center opening so that your hair is now half the length (which we call a ‘loop through’) and once again slide the Curlinator down the hair, and roll it all the way up and either criss cross or tuck it behind the bun
